Which courier do you use?

We use the UK's Largest network in Parcelforce. We offer a variety of services including 24 and 48 hour deliveries, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. All orders are trackable, you will receive an email from Parcelforce confirming the tracking number for up to the minute information of the delivery status of your order. If Parcelforce are unable to deliver, for example, when you are not in, your order will be taken to the nearest depot branch for collection at a convenient time, or you can arrange a redilvery by calling the number on the card the courier leaves for you.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with us couldn't be easier, you can simply click the "add" buttons next to the products you want to order and our checkout system will do the rest, adding VAT at the current rate and calculating your delivery charges. If you prefer not to shop online, we have a number of customer service agents waiting for your call on our credit card hotline (0800 917 7569). We can give you up to the minute pricing and discuss any bulk order discounts with you when you call.

How do I know you have recieved my order?

Once your order has been placed and paid for, you will recieve a confirmation email from our system to inform you of our recipt of the order, you will then receive another email from us when your order is despatched. Within a few hours of this second email, our courier Parcelforce will inform you of your tracking information for an up to the minute status of your delivery. You can also track your order status by logging in to your account on www.postalsupplies2u.co.uk.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately we don't take International orders via our website, if you are outside the UK and wish to place an order, please call our customer services on +44 1524 380637. Our representatives will take your order and give you a shipping quote. You will recieve information on our International payment method by Bank Transfer and confirmation procedure.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We do not have a minimum order value. If however your order is over £100 exc VAT you will qualify for FREE DELIVERY. Any items sold in full boxes or packs cannot be split beyond the items listed.

How do I pay?

We accept most major credit and debit cards via our secure checkout. We also now accept PayPal for registered and confirmed address customers. If your address is not confirmed with PayPal, we will unfortunately be unable to process your order and you will be refunded. We cannot accept orders to addresses not registered with your credit card company or bank in association with your card. If you wish to have your order delivered to a different address please call us in the first instance, we will need to make additional security checks, you will be informed of the procedure when you call.
