Delivery Charges
A Standard Next Day Delivery charge of £5.95 inc VAT is added to all orders weighing under 20kg being delivered to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. For orders weighing more than 20kg the delivery charge will be £7.95. For orders over 30kg, please contact us prior to placing an order. Next Day delviery on occasion can take up to 24 hours for despatch of your order, but the delivery service would be next day from despatch.
For deliveries outside the UK mainland and in the UK (Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland) Will be charged an additional surcharge of £7.00 for up to 20kg. For International orders, please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
Customers ordering from any of these places as listed above, should contact us before making any payment. We will modify the delivery charge for the orders and give you the total. Please note, international orders over £20 are to be by bank transfer payment in pounds sterling only.
Delivery Time
At White Cross Packaging. We aim for next day delivery. Any order received before 1:30 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be despatched within 2 business days before 6.00 pm (assuming the ordered items are all in stock).
Deliveries to addresses other than in UK Mainland are classed as international delivery, and as such cannot be delivered next day.
Orders taken after 1.30 pm will be processed and despatched on the next day. Any order made on a Friday after 1:30 pm will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If Monday is a bank holiday, the order will be dispatched on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery.
Though every effort is made by White Cross Packaging & the couriers to achieve next day delivery, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.
White Cross Packaging relies upon the services of a third party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
If your products have been damaged
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please specify (any damage to the box of the parcel) this when you sign for the reception. Afterwards, please call us on (+44) 01524 380637 within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of reciept. All our products carry a 12 month guarantee to be free of manufacturer defaults. All faulty items must be authorised to be returned and the relevant RMA number applied to the return package. IF no RMA is present, we reserve the right to refuse delivery and/or return/refund. Please contact us in the first instance. We aim to resolve your problem swiftly and to your satisfaction.
